A non-material amendment to planning permission S26/0037 has been submitted by Jelson Limited applicant Mr Mitesh Rathod. The amendment relates to plots 85, 94, 97, 100, 112, 134 and 197 at Land at Rectory Farm (Phase 1 West), Barrowby Road, Grantham, in Arnoldfield Ward. A full planning permission application has been submitted for 12 Gloucester Road, Grantham NG31 8RJ, in Barrowby Gate Ward. A major reserved matters application has been submitted for Land to the North of Longcliffe Road and South of Belton Lane, Grantham NG31 8DU, spanning St Wulfram's Ward, Peascliffe and Ridgeway Ward, and parts of Belton and Manthorpe Parish and Great Gonerby Parish. Miss Isabelle Impey of Allison Homes Ltd submitted an S73 application to vary conditions 1 (approved plans) and 3 (soft landscaping) of planning permission S25/1062 to amend phases 2 and 3. Infrastructure and Acoustic Works
Bloor Homes applicant Mr Gabe Knight has submitted details for Land on North Side of A52, Somerby Hill, Bridge End Road, Grantham NG31 7TS, spanning Belmont Ward and Grantham St Vincent's Ward in Londonthorpe and Harrowby Without Parish. The submission discharges condition 16 (acoustic mitigation scheme) of planning permission S23/1240. The application was validated on 18 June 2026. An application to discharge condition 13 (off-site highways works) of planning permission S25/1799 has been submitted for the same Longcliffe Road and Belton Lane site. The application was validated on 6 July 2026.

Three applications for listed building consent have been submitted in St Wulfram's Ward.
