Listed Building Consent Applications

Park House, 6 Manor Drive, Harlaxton (application S26/1384) has received listed building consent application for replacement of two softwood painted non-historic windows and repair of one metal-framed diamond light stone surround window. The application was valid from 14 August 2026 and is being handled by case officer Ariane Buschmann.

35 Watergate, Grantham (application S26/1412) is the subject of a listed building consent application for replacement of existing shopfronts and refurbishment of the front facade of the building. The applicant is Darren Chantry of Kerrchan Ltd. The application became valid on 20 August 2026 and is being handled by case officer Lauren Wood-Handy.

Full Planning Permission Applications

41 Harrowby Lane, Grantham (application S26/1396) has received a full planning permission application for erection of a detached single storey dwelling to the rear of the property. The application was valid from 17 August 2026 and is being handled by case officer Alex McDonough.

The Orchards, School Lane, Old Somerby (application S26/1347) has received a full planning permission application for a new single storey stable building to include feed store, tack room and ancillary storage. Applicant Tom Jonason submitted the application, which became valid on 26 August 2026. Case officer Alex McDonough is handling the application.

Ticket Office, Station Road, Little Bytham (application S26/1374) is the subject of a full planning permission application for change of use of a single storey railway building known as The Old Ticket Office to a two-storey dwelling. Applicant Chris Hamilton submitted the application, which became valid on 12 August 2026. Case officer Letitia Barrowcliff is handling the application.

Tree Works Applications

Sedgebrook Manor, Church Lane, Sedgebrook (application S26/1457) has received an application for works to a protected tree. The proposal is to reduce the crown of a Sycamore tree (T1, TPO-69).
