Town centre and retail

Nando's Chickenland Ltd has applied for full planning permission to carry out external alterations to existing bollards at Unit 4A, Augustin Retail Park, Sankt Augustin Way, Grantham NG31 6TN. The application was valid from 20 July 2026. Hannah Noutch is the case officer.

Education and schools

Lincolnshire County Council has submitted a county matter application for partial demolition of the existing building at the former Earl of Dysart School, Dysart Road, Grantham, and development of new school buildings, car park, hardstanding, access roads, soft landscaping and associated works.
