A 14-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of arson with intent after a fire at Mallard Court in Grantham on 28 July. The fire is believed to have been started at around 3pm, with crews from Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue called to the scene just before 4.30pm.
The fire caused significant damage to a caravan as well as nearby cars and fencing. There have been no reported injuries. The boy remains in police custody while inquiries are carried out, and a scene guard will remain in place.
Police Appeal for Information
Lincolnshire Police are appealing for witnesses and for anyone who may have captured CCTV, Ring doorbell or dashcam footage before and during the incident to come forward.
