More than half of 84 affordable homes have been completed at Manthorpe Chase in Grantham, with the latest handovers taking place last week.
The development is being delivered by housing provider Amplius in partnership with Allison Homes. The affordable housing will be available for Shared Ownership, Rent to Buy, social rent and affordable rent.
Phase one progress
Sixty of the 84 homes in phase one have been part-funded via a Homes England grant as part of Amplius' strategic partnership.
Marcus Keys, Chief Development and Commercial Officer at Amplius, said the homes have been built to a high standard with energy efficiency at the forefront of the design.
"These homes will help local families get onto the property ladder, or have a safe and warm home to rent at an affordable price," Keys said.
Phase two expansion
Amplius and Allison Homes have agreed to extend their partnership for a further 48 affordable homes in phase two of the project. This is part of Allison Homes' wider 480-home Grantham Village development.
Michele Raucci, Build Director of Allison Homes, said reaching the handover stage demonstrates the strength of the partnership and shared commitment to local communities.
