Grantham Disabled Children Society is hosting a black tie fundraising ball on Saturday 10th October from 6.30pm to midnight at Woody's Bar and Restaurant in Ancaster.
The event will feature a four-course meal, live singing from Dom Brister, a disco, an auction with guest auctioneer Colin Young, and a raffle.
The society is a supportive and inclusive community for parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). According to the organisation, its mission is to provide emotional support, connect families with trusted resources and specialists, and promote inclusivity and understanding in all areas of life.
Funds raised will support the society's work providing SEND-friendly events including exclusive pantomime visits, cinema trips and Christmas parties, as well as activities focused on parents' and carers' wellbeing.
